From scooping and stacking to plowing along curbs and wide open spaces, the PILE DRIVER XL pusher plow is here to get more jobs done faster. Built for unrivaled plowing versatility, the PILE DRIVER XL pusher plows are ready to adapt to whatever the winter can throw at you. The hydraulic, independently controlled wings allow for infinitely variable placement within an 180-degree arc so you can go from box plow to windrow to straight blade mode, and anything in between. Blade positioning up to 25-degrees allows you to find the correct box plow position to maximize scraping performance.

UNIQUE FEATURES

TRACE™ Edge Technology

The terrain-response advanced cutting edge is comprised of independent, 2′ sections that raise, oscillate, and trip to accommodate contours and obstacles in the plowable surface. The sections remove more snow by contouring to the surface, reducing the amount of salt required.

180 Degree Infinitely Variable Wing Placement

Hydraulically actuated, 3′ wings can be moved into countless configurations within the 180 degree path of travel. Both wings move independently and add 6′ of plow width when both wings are fully open.

3/4" Cutting Edge With Carbide Inserts

Each TRACE edge section comes standard with a ¾” cutting edge with carbide insert and uses the same part number for easy replacement. The 2′ edge sections are common across all PILE DRIVER models, reducing complexity and increasing fleet interchangeability. And there’s no need to replace the full cutting edge — only the sections that show wear — saving you time and money

TRACE Wing Technology

3′ wing sections raise and oscillate to ensure the wing extensions provide a clean scrape similar to the main cutting edge.

Easy Operation

Operation of the PILE DRIVER XL pusher plow is conveniently tied into the equipment’s controls. Simply raise and lower the lift arm and angle the attachment plate to position the pusher in the correct orientation. The wing controls are tied into the auxiliary hydraulic functions of the vehicle.

Common Attachment Plate

Installation is made easy on a wide variety of equipment and machinery, including skid-steers, wheel loaders, and tractors. Vehicle specific mounts are available from Western Products to ensure correct installation.
