The WESTERN® IMPACT mid-duty straight blade plows are perfectly sized for your mid-duty sport or recreational UTV without sacrificing performance. Packages available in either full hydraulic lift and angle or winch lift manual angle versions. The blade is available in two widths, 5’6″ or 6’0”—the 5’6″ blade widths are perfect for sidewalks and 6’0″ blades are ideal for wider areas/driveways. High-strength components ensure commercial durability. Fully hydraulic blade controls allow the operator to make the necessary blade adjustments quickly from inside the cab for fast and efficient winter cleanup.

UNIQUE FEATURES

Plow Blade Construction

The IMPACT™; Mid-Duty straight blade snow plow features a 14-gauge powder coated steel moldboard that is 5’6″ or 6’0″ wide with a standard 5″ steel cutting edge.

STRUCTURAL REINFORCEMENT

With four vertical ribs and high-strength, low alloy steel construction, the mid-duty straight blade is strong enough for commercial operation yet light enough to fit most mid-duty UTVs.

SWAY-FRAME™ DESIGN

To ensure the blade stays aligned with the wheel track, the unique patent-pending Sway-Frame™ design allows the blade to shift side-to-side. This keeps the blade in the optimal position to maximize cleanup with each pass, preventing the UTV wheels from packing down missed snow.

TRIP PROTECTION

Two heavy-duty coil springs protect your plow and UTV by allowing the whole blade to trip when striking obstacles.

RELIABLE HYDRAULICS*

Full-hydraulic operation allows the operator to position the plow left, right, up, down, or float from inside the cab. This hydraulic system has been specifically designed to operate on mid-duty UTV plows, minimizing amperage draw and weight for seamless operation. Fully enclosed components are protected from the elements.

GROUND CLEARANCE

The removable receivers and low profile undercarriage provide exceptional ground clearance to maximize ramp angle, so your unit will be trail ready when the plow is not attached.

LIGHTWEIGHT QUICK ATTACHMENT SYSTEM

The mounting system is easy to use and install. To make operation easier, the mounting system optimizes ground clearance when installed. Tough construction will allow it to withstand harsh conditions year-over-year.

STANDARD PLOW FEATURES

ULTRAFINISH™ Baked On Powder Coat

The ULTRAFINISH™ baked on powder coat with epoxy primer is standard on all WESTERN® plows, providing outstanding protection against wear and rust.

Pre-Punched Blades for Accessories

The blade is pre-punched for easy installation of accessories, providing a custom fit. The pre-punched holes also prevent damage to the powder coat that can sometimes occur when installing an accessory.
